The questions we get most.
Is BookerAI a marketplace?
No. We don't list you next to other shops and we don't take a finder's fee on anyone who books with you. Your booking link is yours.
Do I need a card to start?
No. The free plan needs no card and has no countdown. Premium — the public booking link and full schedule — is a separate decision you make later, or never.
What does the $20 a month actually unlock?
The front desk and the back office. Clients book themselves through your link, with deposits, reminders and reschedule links handled for you. You're listed in Find-a-Pro, where clients near you search. Your money sits in one place with payouts, cash-out and paid-time-off savings. You get your numbers, a client list with history, deals and announcements, staff and locations, a gallery and page themes. Flat for the whole business, however many of you there are — and we only ask the first time you touch it.
Can I really export my clients and leave?
Yes. Your client list is yours to begin with, so exporting it isn't a favor — it's just your data leaving with you.
