BookerAI exists because the tools barbers were handed ran the shop somebody else's way.
Why it exists.
This started because someone kept watching barbers get trapped by their own tools — forced to run a shop somebody else's way, unable to change it, unable to leave. The fix isn't a feature. It's freedom: almost everything here bends to how you want to run things — your pricing, your flow, your rules.
The problem was never the barber. It's the side-hustle ceiling and the cage that comes with it — priced per seat like you're too small to matter, taxed on clients you've cut for years, rigid software that makes you ask permission to change anything and makes leaving hard on purpose.
BookerAI exists to take that ceiling away. Not by shaming anyone for the tools they've used before — by building the ones a real business actually deserves.
How we make money.
$20 a month, flat
Premium — the public booking link, the full schedule, deposits, reminders, analytics — costs $20 a month. One price for the whole business, whatever your team looks like.
A small margin on card payments
When you take a card payment, it carries the standard processing fee plus a small BookerAI margin, taken out of the payment. There's no bill for it and nothing to cancel.
That's the whole model. There is no third line.
What we will never do.
- We will never take a commission on a booking. Not on a new client, not ever.
- Your client list is yours. We will not show it to anyone, and you can export it and walk.
- One price for the whole business. We will not start charging you per chair.
- If the price ever changes, you hear it from us first — not from your statement.
