Do my clients need an app?
No. Your booking link opens directly in any web browser on a phone or computer. Clients do not need to download an app or create an account to book an appointment with you. (Business owners can use the web app or download our free iOS app from the App Store; Android users can join the Android list).
Can I still book people myself?
Yes. You can add walk-ins, phone bookings, and manual appointments directly to your schedule at any time, on both the Free and Premium plans.
What happens if I cancel?
If you cancel Premium, your account returns to the Free plan. Nothing is deleted — your business profile, service menu, clients, and appointment history stay in your account. Opening the full client list is a Premium feature, but the data is always yours.
Is there a contract?
No. Premium is billed month-to-month. There are no contracts, no setup fees, and no cancellation penalties. You can cancel at any time with one click.
How do deposits and no-show protection work?
You set your own deposit policy — either a flat dollar amount or a percentage of the service price. When a client books online, BookerAI collects the deposit upfront and applies it to their total at checkout. If a client fails to show up, you keep the deposit.
