No. Your booking link opens in any browser, on a phone or a computer. No app, no account, nothing to install.
Can I still book people myself?
Yes. Add walk-ins, phone bookings and manual appointments to your schedule any time, on both the Free and Premium plans.
What happens if I stop paying for Premium?
You drop back to the Free plan. Nothing is deleted — your profile, services, clients and appointment history stay in your account.
Is there a contract?
No. Premium is billed month to month. No contracts, no setup fees, no cancellation penalties.
How do deposits and no-show protection work?
You set your own policy — a flat amount or a percentage of the service price, collected upfront. If a client doesn't show, you keep it.
