Card payments.
What it costs per payment
When you process an in-person payment using Tap to Pay on iPhone or take an online card payment, the transaction carries the standard card processing fee plus a small BookerAI platform margin. You only pay processing fees when you process a card transaction. Cash carries zero processing fees and zero platform fees.
Where the money goes
It lands in your bank account, same as any card sale. There's no invoice from us for the fee — it's taken out of the payment itself, so there's nothing to pay separately and nothing to cancel.

What exactly does $20 a month unlock?

How do card processing fees work?
Card payments carry the standard processing fee, and BookerAI keeps a small margin on top of that. It's taken out of the payment, so there's no separate bill. Cash carries zero fees, always.
Do you charge per chair or per staff member?
No. Premium is $20 a month flat for the whole business, no matter how many chairs or staff you add. There are never per-chair or per-seat fees.
Do you take a commission on bookings?
No. 0% commission, on every booking, new client or returning. You keep 100% of the price of your services.
What happens if I stop paying for Premium?
You drop back to the Free plan. Nothing is deleted — your business profile, services, client list and appointment history stay in your account. It's month to month, so there is nothing to cancel out of.
