SMS Messaging Policy

BookerAI (operated at booker-ai.net) sends appointment-related text messages to customers who book appointments with a professional through our platform. Messages are sent from our toll-free number +1 (844) 526 7969. This page describes how customers opt in, what messages they receive, and how to opt out.
How customers opt in
Consent is collected on our public booking page. When a customer books an appointment, they enter their own mobile phone number into the booking form. Directly beneath the phone-number field, the following disclosure is displayed before the customer completes the booking:
By providing your phone number and booking, you agree to receive appointment-related text messages (confirmations, reminders, and reschedule notices) from BookerAI and your chosen pro at this number. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. We never sell your number or send marketing texts without your separate consent. The booking page is public and requires no account or login to view. Anyone can see this opt-in language by opening a professional's booking link on booker-ai.net (for example, booker-ai.net → find a pro → Book). Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of booking beyond the transactional messages related to the appointment, and phone numbers are never shared with third parties for their own marketing.
What messages we send
These are transactional, appointment-related messages only:
- Booking confirmations
- Appointment reminders
- Reschedule and cancellation notices
- Waitlist and open-slot offers (when the customer has an active booking or joins a waitlist)

Message frequency
Message frequency varies and depends on your booking activity — typically a confirmation at the time of booking plus a reminder before each appointment.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. BookerAI does not charge for these messages; your mobile carrier's standard rates apply.
Opting out (STOP) and help (HELP)
You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you reply STOP, you will receive one confirmation message and no further texts. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at support@booker-ai.net.
Privacy
We do not sell your personal information, and mobile opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes. SMS delivery is handled by our messaging provider (Twilio) solely to deliver the messages described above. For full details, see our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
